Planning

In this Phase we plan all processes and activities of the Project which is required to ensure success execution and implementation.

We prepare a set of plans, to manage the project from Planning phase until closure of the Project.

Requirement & Analysis

In this Phase, we try to define user expectations for the desired Project. Requirements analysis focuses on those tasks that are vital for determining the needs to meet for a Project, taking account of the possibly conflicting requirements of the various stakeholders, analyzing, documenting, validating and managing system requirements.

Design

The Basic objective of the Design Phase is to transform the requirements into complete and detailed system design specifications. Once the design is Over, the Development Team starts working on the Development Phase.

Our Design Phase comprises of :

• Converting all requirements into detailed specifications including all aspects of the system
• Assess and plan for the security threats
• Prepare for Development

Development

The Sole Purpose of the Development Phase is to convert the Prototype System Designed in the Design phase into a working model system that addresses all documented system requirements.

Our Development Phase comprise of :

• Building the system
• Testing and integrating the small modules/units into larger components
• Preparing the technical environment for the system
• Prepare for the Testing

Testing

The purpose of the Test Phase is to ensure that system is successfully built and tested in the Development Phase to meet all requirements and design specifications. After thorough testing & acceptance, the system is ready for Implementation.

Our Testing Phase comprise of :

• Proofing of the system, security, and UAT that the system meets all requirements, functions according to design specifications and meets the need of business
• Guarantee that the system functions as described in the Operations Manual Prepare for Implementation

Implementation

The Key activity of Implementation Phase is to install & deploy the new system in the targeted environment. More actions include train and prepare the end-users to efficiently handle the system.

Post Implementation, the system enters the Maintenance Phase for rest of the system’s operational life. If the Project is designed for Multiple releases then it required multiple implementations one for each release.
